La Campagne
Merlot 2018
La Campagne
A rich, juicy Merlot that has been personally selected from some of the best estates to the west of Narbonne. It shows all the true characteristics of the variety, with lots of full plummy fruit and soft, rounded tannins. Flavourful meats such as beef, pheasant and duck are perfectly paired to this wine or try it with a good sausage casserole and cured meats such as Parma ham.

CHÂTEAU D'AIGUILHE
Château D’Aiguilhe 2013
CHÂTEAU D'AIGUILHE
Chateau d’Aiguilhe is much better with at least 3-5 years of aging in good vintages. Young vintages can be decanted for 1 hour to 90 minutes. This allows the wine to soften and open its perfume. Older vintages might need very little decanting, just enough to remove the sediment. Chateau d’Aiguilhe offers its best drinking and should reach peak maturity between 4-15 years of age after the vintage.

Château De Sales
Château De Sales 2013
Château De Sales
The Ets Jean-Pierre Moueix are long-time proponents of small yields in order to achieve homogenous ripeness. In 2013 this philosophy proved its value: vineyards that were carefully maintained, such as the Château de Sales, produced wines that are fresh, light, fruity, and very enjoyable in their youth.

Château Beauregard
Château Beauregard 2014
Château Beauregard
This wine exhibits an attractive deep purple colour. The nose displays great aromatic complexity. We find red berry fruit (raspberries), notes of spice and in particular mint and finally subtle nuances of eucalyptus mingling with violets. The whole is enveloped with very fine toasty aromas. On the palate, the immediate freshness of flavour is underpinned by the same red berry fruit intermixed with hints of fresh tobacco and green peppercorns. A lovely full, flavoursome mid-palate makes way for round, juicy and peppery tannins. The finish has length and breed, showing great promise.
